    Dear U.P.N.

    i appriciate the fact that you gave us specific sanctions to put on Mercia, but i do not agree with all of them.One limiting Mercias military will not make it any easier to maintain peace but it would only make it harder. Taking sanctions and investigating Mercia's Nuclear program is a violation of their nations soveringty.
