Dear Istari,
We (The UPN) are totally aware of your ongoing conflict with Mercia. The UPN would just like to reinterate that we fully support your nation. We cannot give you our full military support, however funding will continue to occur. Our relationships with The great haven and Mercia are getting worse the longer this conflict goes on. In times of full fledge war we are preoared to get involved. Istari please keep us aware of what your doing/plan to do with this conflict.
