To respond to your previous communique, I would like to state that I am very of aware of the Rhunian people's plight and your nation's conflict with Istari. I respect yours and your colleagues' intentions to establish a sovereign territory for the Rhunian people and to legitimize their organization as a national government. However no one people's rights out-weigh any others nor are they a priority over any others as well. Istari is also entitled to a sovereign nation and that right cannot and should not be curtailed. I encourage you and your colleagues to open negotiations with Istari.
