We have the understanding that the Grey Haven is entirely for world peace. We the country of Mercia want peace as well. However, if Istari is not willing to give up the entire land of the Northern Territory, war will be the only option. These Rhunian people have been facing opression for too long, and that's something the Republic will not stand for. As President of Mercia, I stronly advice you to discuss with and enforce Istari into giving up the Northern Territory to the Rhunian people. This will not only maintain world peace, but also better the lives of the Rhunian people.
