    Dear Grey Haven,
    this will most likely be the UPN's last attempt to reason with your institution. seeing as how we fund Grey Haven we advise you to follow through with our plans. we want your institution to put trade sanctions and embargoes on mercia. if you do not follow through with our plans then we have no other choice but to cut off all funds. do not take this as a threat but as a guarantee.
