As you know the U.P.N has addresed the nations of the world of what actions they will enforce if our act towards war continue. I believe that it is time for a compromise regarding the Northern Territory. Istari would feel inclined to hear what Mercia can propose for the Northern Territory. The intention of Istari is to maintain world peace and no act of war will be taken unless we are force ro defend our nation.
