As supreme leader of the nation of Mercia i feel it is my duty to inform you that we want to see an independent nation of Rhun created. Though, you gained the land in past conflicts , you have opressed native Rhunians which is an act of war against the people of Mercia . To maintain peace the nation of Istari should turn over the northern territory that is rightfully our allies.
