I agree with holding on to the home turf but the making of a rhunian state is most difficult because the land isnt mercia. You should let go of the land or sell the land to make a better home nation. The money from the sale, maybe you could let the go to give it to mercia. Maybe they have a better need for it and could get the money from that.
