    I regret to inform you that moderate sanctions on Mercia are unacceptable. If sanctions of a more serious nature are not placed upon The Republic, as well as more restrictive embargoes, Numenor will secede from the Grey Haven as well as withdraw our funding. If these stipulations are not met within the week secession will be inevitable.
