communique 7 Brown to Republic

Dear President of the Republic,

i have come to the final conclusion that the final decisions of each nation is coming to a end. The UPN's saying that there are cutting off our funds because because we do not want to look at the situation from their point of view. If they do cut our funds, it will only slow down the process of world peace. I want to know if the negotiation doesnt go right with us, would you help our organization to funding and peace.
