Dear Istari Leaders,
It is unfortunate for our country along with the oppressed people of the Northern Territory that that territory will remain yours. However, we are glad that we did not come to the conclusion of war in order to remain peaceful. We do ask however, that you do the best you can for the Rhun people. Please do all you can to better their lives, so this conflict can come to an end.
