As supreme leader of Mercia I feel it is my duty to inform you that we want to see an independent nation of Rhun created. Though, you gained the territory in ast conflicts you have oppressed native Rhunians, which is an act of war against the people of Mercia. To maintain peace the nation of Istari should turn over the northern territory that is rightfully our allies.
