Dear intenational community,
I [the Ambassador of UPN] would like to hold a meeting to promote unity between all four nations. This meeting is also to get a clearer and better understanding of one another. The UPN would like to enlighten Grey Haven on our reasoning for intervening within the four nations. We also need to discuss funds with Istari and the progress made with the nation. Last but not least we need to discuss relations with Mercia.
