Gonzalez to International Community

Dear international Community,
I, the Vice President of Numenor have taken the time today to state the following. I am writing this to try and continue relations with Mercia. Also there is nuclear activity that is questionable and wrong, and I would like to know as to why it is happening. I support the president in his actions and bringing the nations together for an assembly/meeting.
