Hello my fellow nations. As President of the Republic of Mercia, I take on the obligation to address to you our goals. Mercia is working to create an independent Rhunian nation in the eastern territory of our land. Native Rhunians are facing oppression which is considered an act of war agaisnt the people of Mercia. I feel that it is our duty to liberate our neighbors by establishing legitamacy in their region. The Republic of Mercia is willing to go to any measure in order to establish this goal. Unless Istari is willing to give up this area, which is rightly our allies, then the country of Mercia will have no other option then going to war.
