Gonzalez to International Community Communique 2

Dear International Community,
I would like to say that I don't support the Rhunnian Independence movement. Even though they might want it back because it was taken away from them, I think that Mercia and Istari need to come to reasonable conclusions and stop the conflict between them. I would like to keep them from going to war, and will put my efforts so that this does not happen. If i can do nothing and the war was to happen it could result in severe consequences, and not just for them but for all of us. Thank you for your time
